FINALLY someone is launching a website for idiots people like me! Lauren Conrad (one of my fav fashionistas), her hair stylist and personal make-up artist (low maintenance?) just launched a new website The Beauty Department today. The Beauty Department features video and picture tutorials for hair and make up (FINALLY someone has realized I need step-by-step instructions), as well as beauty tips and tricks. Girlfriend always looks great and I have NO idea how to put on eye shadow, so this site is a must-add to my blog roll!
