Phew, just catching my breath after this weekend! It's official--our fabulous little house withstood our first party! A bunch of friends came to town for the night to celebrate 2 sorority sister's birthdays and boy did we celebrate. My roommate's younger brother and sister also came to town, so per usual, we had a full house (we don't like single visitors, we like them to come in packs.) Friday night was party night, followed by Saturday recovery day while Hurricane Bill rolled through town (didn't even know it was raining until late in the day), and then I spent Sunday at the Nats game--such a great weekend. I am so lucky to constantly be reminded how lucky I am to have such a wonderful and fun group of friends! This week looks to be quiet, but never fear, Kenny Chesney is this Saturday, so there are sure to be quite a few stories coming your way soon!
